The BUNYAN Construction ERP System UI/UX project was aimed at developing a centralized, intuitive, and comprehensive platform for construction companies to manage the entire lifecycle of their projects. It was designed to streamline key operations including tendering, project budgeting, quantity take-off, subcontract management, and procurement. The primary goal was to enhance usability, improve operational efficiency, and provide clear data visualizations through an intuitive dashboard, enabling project managers to make informed decisions quickly and effectively.
