I was responsible for testing a dual-portal driving application that serves both trainers and trainees, focusing on validating core functionalities such as real-time chat, session booking, and live tracking. I conducted comprehensive API testing using Postman, managed and documented test cases and results through Google Sheets, and leveraged WebSocket to ensure seamless real-time communication and data consistency across both user portals.
