I’m excited to share my recent HR Data Analysis Project, where I explored how factors like job title, department, experience years, and work mode influence salary distribution and overall workforce dynamics.

Throughout this project, I applied data cleaning, exploratory data analysis, and visualization techniques using Python (Pandas, Seaborn, Matplotlib, and Plotly) to transform raw HR data into actionable insights and reveal hidden patterns behind employee performance and compensation.

This analysis strengthened my data storytelling and visualization skills, reinforcing the value of analytics in HR decision-making.
