Developed an advanced Sales Performance

Dashboard using Excel (Pivot Tables, Charts, and Power Pivot) to analyze and visualize key sales KPIs for a national sales team. The project integrates multiple datasets including Products, Sales, Targets, Outlets, Visits, and User performance to deliver a comprehensive business overview

:The dashboard includes

Actual vs Target Analysis – Tracks each rep’s performance against monthly targets.

Visited vs Assigned Outlets – Measures field coverage and visit efficiency

Top 5 Products – Identifies best-selling items by value and volume

Repeated Visits – Monitors customer engagement and visit frequency

Top Rep per Governorate – Highlights the best-performing representative in each region.

Sales Over Time & Regional Insights – Shows trends and regional contributions.

Bonus & Attendance Analysis – Evaluates working days, active reps, and sales-linked bonuses

This dashboard provides management with actionable insights to improve sales strategy, territory planning, and performance evaluation
