Employee Performance & Productivity Analysis

Project Objective

Analyze employee performance data across multiple departments to identify productivity patterns, turnover rates, and key factors affecting performance. The goal is to support HR strategies, improve retention, and enhance overall organizational productivity through data driven insights

What I Did (Summary)

Generated and cleaned a comprehensive dataset representing 500 employees across 5 departments throughout 2023. Performed exploratory data analysis including performance ratings, productivity metrics, job satisfaction scores, and turnover analysis. Analyzed correlations between years of experience, training hours, and job performance outcomes. Created key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure HR effectiveness and employee engagement. Developed visualizations to highlight trends, patterns, and identify high-performing employee segments.
