Project Overview
Private Clinic App is a modern mobile application designed to simplify the booking and management of medical appointments in private clinics.
It allows patients to easily find doctors, book visits, access their medical history, and receive reminders—all from one clean, intuitive interface.
Objective
To design a user-friendly and trustworthy healthcare experience that bridges the gap between doctors and patients through seamless interaction, efficiency, and accessibility.
Process
The project followed a full UI/UX design process:
Research: Gathered user insights about common struggles with clinic booking systems and waiting times.
Personas & User Journeys: Defined the main user types—patients and clinic staff—and mapped their experiences.
Wireframing: Focused on simplicity and clarity to make navigation effortless.
UI Design: Created a soft, clean interface that communicates care and professionalism.
Prototyping: Built an interactive prototype to test booking flow and overall usability.

Reflection
This project allowed me to explore how thoughtful design can enhance user confidence in digital healthcare.
Designing for such a sensitive and essential service helped me focus on accessibility, readability, and emotional comfort—ensuring users feel supported and in control of their health journey.
