In today’s world, customer reviews are a goldmine — but going through hundreds of them manually is time-consuming and often confusing. This project solves that problem using AI and Natural Language Processing to help restaurant owners truly understand their customers.

What It Does:

Automatically classifies reviews as Positive , Negative , or Neutral ️.

Detects and filters out irrelevant or spam comments.

For negative or neutral feedback, the system identifies the core issue (e.g., delay, service, cleanliness) and generates smart suggestions to fix it.

Provides visual insights through sentiment charts, issue tracking, and key performance metrics.

Tech Stack:

Built using Streamlit, Machine Learning, and Cohere API, combining classical ML with deep learning (LLM) capabilities for advanced text understanding.

Why It Matters:

Instead of wasting hours reading every review, restaurant managers can now get a clear summary, detect problems instantly, and take data-driven actions to improve service and customer satisfaction.
