Bank Customer Churn Analysis Dashboard

This project analyzes customer churn for a bank using Power BI.

I designed a data model (Star Schema), created a Date Table, and developed multiple interactive dashboards to extract valuable business insights.

Key Insights:

Identified high-risk customer segments more likely to churn.

Highlighted the correlation between account balance, tenure, and churn rate.

Visualized churn trends over time and across customer demographics.

Provided clear KPIs such as Churn Rate, Average Balance, and Total Customers to support decision-making.
