Focused on Care Tab features only (other areas like payments, subscriptions, and tablets were out of scope).

Verified that all discovered bugs were reproducible multiple times using the provided test accounts.

Followed detailed bug reporting requirements, including showing app version, full video reproduction, and including the test account’s User ID.

️ Bug Reported:

Bug Title: [Android][Functional][Care Tab] A white blank page is displayed when the user taps on the “Got it” button in the “Almost there!” popup after tapping “Schedule Clinic Care.”

Steps to Reproduce:

Open the Headspace App (v4.234.1) and log in with a provided test account.

Navigate to the Care Tab.

Tap on “Schedule Clinic Care.”

When the “Almost there!” popup appears, tap on “Got it.”

Observe the result.

Actual Result:

A white blank page is displayed instead of the expected screen.

Expected Result:

The user should be redirected to the next step or appropriate screen without displaying a blank page.

Reproducibility:

Reproduced multiple times using different test accounts.
