In this UX research project for a hotel booking website, I conducted user interviews to understand travelers’ behaviors, goals, and frustrations when searching for and booking hotels online.
The research focused on identifying key decision factors such as price, location, cleanliness, and cancellation policies.
Based on the insights, I created a User Persona to represent the main target audience, highlighting their motivations, pain points, and needs.
I then developed a User Story to clearly define the user’s main goal — booking a clean, affordable room easily without overthinking the process.
This research helped shape a more intuitive and transparent booking experience, focusing on simplicity, clarity, and a stress-free journey for users.
