Multi-Agent AI System for Workflow Automation (Email, Calendar, Contact & Content Agents)

Developed a multi-agent automation system using n8n that integrates multiple specialized AI agents to manage different business functions under one parent agent.

The system includes:

Parent Agent: Acts as the brain, routing tasks and managing communication between sub-agents.

Email Agent: Handles sending, replying, and organizing emails automatically using Gmail + GPT integration.

Calendar Agent: Manages events, updates schedules, and syncs meetings in real-time.

Contact Agent: Automates contact management — adding, updating, and syncing leads or clients from Google Contacts.

Content Creator Agent: Uses AI (Claude, GPT-4, Tavily) to generate marketing content, drafts, and social posts automatically.

Each agent operates independently but communicates with the parent agent through structured automation flows.

The system supports voice and text triggers (Telegram + Audio Input) and can be scaled to handle advanced tasks like customer support or lead management.
