The project is a single-story villa with an approximate area of 250 square meters, carefully designed to achieve natural lighting, environmental sustainability, and spatial harmony.
The architectural composition focuses on the interplay of masses and voids, where recessed façade areas were created to enhance interior comfort by allowing diffused daylight and generating natural shading throughout the day. This strategy ensures solar access during the early and late hours while avoiding direct sunlight exposure during peak times, resulting in a refined and comfortable indoor atmosphere.
The orientation and massing of the villa were thoughtfully studied to allow sunlight to gently penetrate the spaces in the morning and evening, giving a sense of warmth, luxury, and serenity. Large glazed openings enhance cross ventilation and strengthen the visual and spatial connection between indoors and outdoors.
The material palette features dark-toned natural finishes that emphasize elegance and depth, complemented by extended pergolas that merge architectural rhythm with shading performance — enriching both aesthetic value and environmental functionality.
Overall, the design embodies a balance between refinement and sustainability, creating a living environment distinguished by visual harmony, climatic responsiveness, and timeless sophistication.
