BEYKOZ STUDENT DORMİTORY PROJECT

This student dormitory project is located in Beykoz, Istanbul. Situated close to the Bosphorus and surrounded by natural landscapes, the area offers water resources, walking paths, and lush greenery, making it an ideal living environment for students. The project is designed not only to meet the housing needs of university students but also to enrich their daily lives with social, cultural, and sports activities.

The design is based on principles of closeness to nature and sustainability. Integrating with green areas, the planning encourages students to gather in social spaces and participate in outdoor activities, allowing them to live in harmony with their natural surroundings. Pedestrian circulation is supported by communal meeting points and naturally shaded areas, aiming to provide both individual and community-focused experiences for users.
