Financial & HR Dashboard for Department Budget Monitoring

Developed an interactive Power BI dashboard to monitor departmental budgets, employee salaries, and project performance. The solution integrated multiple data sources (employee information, salary data, project costs, and departmental budgets) into a single dashboard. The dashboard provided insights into over/under-performing departments, projects at risk of exceeding budget, and financial performance at 2-year intervals. This helped management make informed decisions, reduce financial risks, and improve workforce efficiency.
