The CANVAS Civic Arts Center is a modern, multi-story cultural hub strategically located in an urban setting (aiming to revive the lost cultural essence of Opera Square in Cairo). The primary goal of the center is to promote dialogue, expression, and active participation in civic life, with a strong focus on youth engagement as a driver of social change.

The contemporary design utilizes a circular, modular form with open structures and a central Sunken Plaza (Sunken Courtyard) that acts as a vital public space for social gathering and interaction. The center creatively leverages diverse art forms—including visual arts, performance, music, and interactive installations—to create a compelling platform for creativity. The multi-level structure is linked by distinctive bridges and walkways, ensuring dynamic movement and integration across all its cultural spaces.
