Key steps included:

Strategic Workforce Planning: Aligning talent acquisition with growth forecasts (+10 new hires).

Job Analysis & Design: Using interviews, surveys, and observations to define clear job requirements and competencies.

Talent Sourcing Strategy: Leveraging LinkedIn, job boards (Wuzzuf, Forasna), career fairs, referrals, and employer branding campaigns.

Structured Selection Process: Multi-stage pipeline (CV screening, online tests, role plays, interviews, and assessments).

Assessment Tools: Role-play scenarios, case studies, and psychometric tests (DISC) for objective evaluation.

Recruitment Metrics & KPIs: Time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, quality of hire, and candidate experience.

Tech Integration: Recommended ATS (Zoho Recruit) to streamline and automate recruitment operations.
