UX (Information technology&User flow) & Design Thinking

In this project, I applied Design Thinking to deeply understand user needs and generate creative solutions. I structured the content through Information Architecture, ensuring clear navigation and logical organization. Then, I mapped the User Flow to visualize the user’s journey and optimize each step toward achieving their goals. This process helped create a user-centered design that is intuitive, efficient, and impactful.
