In this project, I analyzed employee survey responses using Microsoft Excel to identify key trends, satisfaction levels, and areas for improvement within the organization. The data was cleaned, organized, and processed to ensure accuracy and consistency. I then created a dynamic dashboard that visualizes insights such as employee satisfaction rates, common concerns, and department-wise feedback. This dashboard allows HR and management teams to make informed decisions based on real employee feedback.
