Vision Play

• Built a system using YOLOv5 for real-time detection and ByteTrack for MOT of players, referees, and the ball.

• Performed team assignment via K-Means clustering on jersey colors.

• Applied perspective transformation for real-world movement; achieved 82% mAP and 0.85 F1 score on real video.
