912 وظيفة في العراق تم الاعلان عنها عبر LinkedIn خلال 5 ايام فقط!

طبعا ماعدا باقي المنصات الاخرى

الاحظ ان سوق العمل في العراق صار يتحرك بوتيرة أسرع من السابق.

اي ان : متوسط الوظائف يومياً ≈ 182 وظيفة.

إذا استمر المعدل على هذا النحو فأن أكثر من 5,400 وظيفة بالشهر.

السؤال هنا ماهو سبب عدم مقدرة الكثير هنا من الحصول على وظيفة وبعضهم صارله اشهر يقدم وبلا جواب او حتى عرض لمقابلة فقط!

واعرف الكثير غلقوا حساباتهم او تم اهمال التصفح والتواجد هنا كذلك والسبب واحد انه هي منصة كاذبة والاعلانات وهمية!

ترى هل فعلا وظائف اللنكدان وهمية ؟ ام الخلل بمعلومات المتقدمين والسير الذاتية ؟ او بفريق التوظيف المسؤول على استلام وتصفية السيرالذاتية والاختيار المرشحين للمقابلة ؟

ما رأيك؟

912 job postings in Iraq were announced just on LinkedIn in just 5 days!

I’ve noticed that the job market in Iraq is moving much faster than before.

On average, that’s about 182 jobs per day.

If this pace continues, we’re talking about 5,400+ jobs per month!

HERE a question :

Why are so many people still struggling to land a job? submitting applications for months without even getting a response or an interview invitation?

I know many who have even deactivated their LinkedIn accounts , convinced that LinkedIn jobs is full of fake or misleading job postings.

So, what’s really happening?

Are LinkedIn jobs actually fake?

or the actual issue with applicants’ profiles and CVs?

Or does the problem with the recruitment teams who responsible of screening and shortlisting candidates?
