Relational Database Schema for a financial platform

Recently, I designed a Relational Database Schema for a financial platform covering key modules like:

Users & Accounts – customer profiles, multiple accounts, balance management.

Transactions – credits, debits, and complete history tracking.

Loans & Payments – loan issuance, payment schedules, repayment tracking.

Merchants – business partners with secure integration.

Cards – debit, credit, and prepaid card management.

Support Tickets – customer service and issue tracking.

I designed each table with primary/foreign keys, constraints, and ENUMs to ensure data integrity, security, and scalability.
