Departments:
Finance (Purple): Three PCs connected to a switch; the switch uplinks to a router which connects to the main administration router.
Reception (Red): Four PCs, a printer, and an IP phone connected to a switch; the switch uplinks to a router.
IT (Cyan/Blue): Three PCs connected to a switch; uplinked to its router.
Security (Green): Three PCs, a printer, and an IP phone connected to a switch; uplinked to its router.
Administration (Yellow): Three PCs connected to a switch; uplinked to its router.
Connectivity:
Each department’s router (GigabitEthernet and Serial interfaces) connects back to the Main Administration router using serial connections (red lines).
Switches within each department aggregate PCs, IP Phones, and Printers through FastEthernet ports.
The main router acts as the core network device interlinking all departmental networks for inter-VLAN or inter-network communication.
