Hospital Readmission Prediction — Python, Machine Learning

Developed a machine learning model to predict 30-day readmission risk for diabetic patients.

Compared multiple algorithms (Logistic Regression, Random Forest, XGBoost, SVM) and evaluated performance using key metrics.

The project strengthened my skills in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
