"In this model, we invested significant effort in data analysis, machine learning, and deep learning to predict whether a customer might discontinue their home internet service with a provider. I worked on training the model to achieve the highest possible prediction accuracy, aiming to minimize errors to below 1%—with the ultimate goal of reaching zero. A major challenge was the large amount of missing customer information, which required the model to infer these values from other available data or customer interaction history. I successfully addressed this challenge and was awarded an additional bonus in recognition of my outstanding contribution."
