تفاصيل العمل

This project demonstrates the implementation of an enterprise network infrastructure using Microsoft Windows Server technologies. The topology consists of a Primary Domain Controller (PDC), a Child Domain Controller (DC-MNF), a Web Server, and a DNS Server, all configured to work together within a multi-domain Active Directory environment.

The main objectives of the project were to:

•Design and deploy a hierarchical Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) structure with parent and child domains.

•Configure and manage user accounts, organizational units (OUs), and group policies (GPOs) to enforce specific administrative and security requirements.

•Implement Group Policy Objects (GPOs) for controlling user permissions and system behaviors such as logon restrictions, USB access control, desktop customization, and remote access privileges.

•Set up a web server accessible to authorized users and integrated with domain authentication.

•Configure DNS services to support name resolution within the network.

Key configurations include:

•USER1@ITI.LOCAL cannot log in to PC1 on Fridays.

•USER2@ITI.LOCAL can log in remotely to DC1 without being a Domain Admin.

•USER4@ITI.LOCAL is restricted from using flash memory and the Control Panel; their desktop wallpaper is enforced with the ITI logo.

•USER6@MNF.ITI.LOCAL can log in to PC1 while connected to the Smart Village network and access the Web2 server.

•USER7 (Local User) has administrative privileges for remotely accessing the Web Server and browsing the internet.

This project illustrates practical knowledge in Windows Server Administration, Active Directory Management, Group Policy Configuration, and Network Services Deployment. It integrates essential IT infrastructure concepts to simulate a real-world enterprise environment.
