Top Delivery is a scalable, full-stack multi-app delivery ecosystem designed to streamline food delivery operations, payments, and logistics.
Driver App → End-to-end delivery management: receive and complete orders, recharge balance, real-time tracking, earnings dashboard, and more.
Restaurant App → Advanced restaurant control: manage menus, accept customer orders, assign drivers directly, monitor deliveries live on maps, and optimize workflows.
Admin Panel → Enterprise-grade control: oversee restaurants, drivers, customers, payments, commissions, reporting, and the full operational cycle.
Card Seller App → Prepaid card distribution: enable driver top-ups, manage balances, and handle settlements with the company seamlessly.
Tech Stack: Java (Android Studio), Swift/SwiftUI (Xcode), Firebase.
Role: Sole developer & designer, responsible for the entire lifecycle — from architecture and UI/UX to development, deployment, and scaling.
Status: Successfully published on Google Play and the App Store, actively used by customers since 2018.

توب دليفري هو نظام متكامل ومرن متعدد التطبيقات صُمم لإدارة عمليات توصيل الطعام، المدفوعات، واللوجستيات بكفاءة عالية.
تطبيق السائق → إدارة كاملة للطلبات: استلام وتوصيل، شحن الرصيد، تتبع مباشر، لوحة أرباح، والعديد من المزايا.
تطبيق المطعم → أدوات متقدمة للمطاعم: إدارة المنيو، استقبال الطلبات من العملاء، طلب السائقين مباشرة، تتبع حي على الخرائط، وتحسين سير العمل.
لوحة التحكم (الأدمن) → تحكم على مستوى الشركات: إدارة المطاعم، السائقين، العملاء، المدفوعات، العمولات، التقارير، وجميع العمليات التشغيلية.
تطبيق موزع البطاقات → توزيع بطاقات الشحن مسبقة الدفع: تمكين السائقين من شحن الأرصدة، إدارة الحسابات، وتسوية الفواتير مع الشركة بسهولة.
التقنيات: Java (Android Studio)، Swift/SwiftUI (Xcode)، Firebase.
الدور: المطور والمصمم المسؤول عن دورة التطوير الكاملة — من التصميم والهندسة وحتى النشر والتشغيل.
الحالة: منشور بنجاح على متجر جوجل بلاي و آب ستور ويُستخدم بشكل نشط منذ عام 2018.
