I designed and executed functional test cases for the ‘Add New Customer’ feature of a Customer Management System. The test scenarios covered positive and negative cases, including input validation, mandatory fields, duplicate entries, and error messages. I documented the test data, expected results, and actual outcomes in an organized Excel sheet. This project helped identify defects early, ensured better quality, and improved the overall reliability of the application
