I was leading this project from the research phase to the UI

Lead end-to-end design: Drive the full product design process from discovery, ideation, prototyping, testing, to final implementation.

User research & insights: Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and data analysis to uncover user needs and pain points.

Interaction & visual design: Create intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing user interfaces that align with brand and product strategy.

Design systems: Build, maintain, and evolve design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability across products.

Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to align business goals with user experience.

Mentorship: Guide, mentor, and provide feedback to junior and mid-level designers, helping grow the design culture in the team.

Strategic thinking: Contribute to product strategy by identifying opportunities, prioritizing design initiatives, and influencing the roadmap.

Prototyping & validation: Develop interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and validate solutions with users.

Accessibility & inclusivity: Ensure designs follow accessibility standards and serve diverse user groups.

Continuous improvement: Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices, bringing innovative approaches to the team.
