Created & Dockerized Restful API

StudySphere is a Django-based backend project that uses Docker to make development and deployment much easier. The app is fully containerized with a Dockerfile and managed through Docker Compose, which connects everything together, including the PostgreSQL database. With one command like docker-compose up --build, the whole environment is ready to run, and extra tasks like database migrations or creating a superuser can be done directly inside the django_app container. When finished, everything can be stopped and removed just as easily with docker-compose down.
