In this project, I configured a complete wireless network infrastructure using an Access Controller (AC), aggregation and access switches, and Access Points (APs). The goal was to ensure secure, reliable, and centrally managed wireless connectivity for multiple user stations.
Key tasks performed:
Configured VLANs to separate management and service traffic.
Set up the AC as a DHCP server for APs and the aggregation switch as a DHCP server for user stations (STAs).
Created and applied WLAN profiles (SSID, security, and VLAN binding) through the AC.
Configured regulatory domain settings to ensure compliance with wireless standards.
Implemented AP authentication (MAC-based) and onboarded APs in offline mode.
Configured WPA/WPA2-PSK with AES encryption for secure wireless access.
Verified connectivity by connecting user stations (STAs) to the WLAN using the configured SSID and password.
This project highlights my ability to deploy and secure enterprise WLAN solutions with centralized management using an Access Controller.
