Implementing ACL Traffic Filtering and NAT on Routers

In this project, I implemented Access Control Lists (ACLs) and Network Address Translation (NAT) to control and secure network traffic.

Key tasks performed:

Configured ACLs on the internal router to allow only specific IP ranges.

Denied access for unauthorized hosts.

Applied traffic-filter ACL on the internal router.

Configured NAT outbound on the external router for internet access.

Verified results with ping tests, confirming that only allowed PCs could reach the internet.
