easyPark

This project was developed as part of a college team project, where I acted as the Project Owner and Team Leader. EasyPark was designed to solve two common problems drivers face in crowded cities:

The difficulty of finding an available parking spot.

The exploitation of drivers by informal parking attendants.

EasyPark provides a digital and smart solution that allows users to:

View nearby available parking spots in real time.

Reserve and confirm parking in advance.

Pay fees securely inside the app.

Save vehicle and user information for faster bookings.

Interact with an AI-powered chatbot for inquiries and support.

Current Status:

We are still working on the app and plan to continue developing it as our college graduation project.

My Role:

Came up with the idea of the project and led my team throughout the development.

Conducted interviews with the client to understand their needs and translate them into clear requirements.

Designed and built the app’s UI with Flutter for a clean, user-friendly experience.

Integrated the app with a database for managing user data and reservations.

Implemented notifications, reminders, and the AI chatbot feature.

Managed the team and ensured smooth workflow.
