Challenge

The startup struggled with:

•Obtaining necessary licenses and regulatory approvals.

•Establishing a proper organizational structure and departmental framework.

•Building and integrating a custom operating system.

•Setting up a customer service department and training staff.

•Launching an external sales team for both B2C and B2B clients.

•Managing costs, as monthly sales in early 2022 were only EGP 500K, lower than operating expenses.

Solution

I spearheaded a comprehensive business and sales transformation program:

•Established a fully functional Sales Department, Marketing Division, and Public Relations Unit working in alignment.

•Designed and implemented a structured sales process with clear KPIs and performance monitoring.

•Built a customer service department, hiring and training staff to deliver high-quality support.

•Developed B2C and B2B acquisition strategies, leveraging relationship-building and targeted campaigns.

•Introduced an integrated operational workflow to reduce inefficiencies and enhance scalability.
