Zener Diode Voltage Regulator
In this project, I simulated a Zener Diode Voltage Regulator using Proteus.
Objective: To show how a Zener diode can regulate the voltage across a load.
Components: DC supply, resistor, Zener diode, and load.
Process:
The Zener diode is connected in reverse bias.
When the input voltage increases beyond the Zener breakdown voltage, the diode conducts.
This keeps the voltage across the load almost constant.
Result: The output voltage remains stable and regulated, even if the input supply changes.
