Full Wave Rectifier (Bridge Rectifier) Simulation
In this project, I designed and simulated a Full Wave Bridge Rectifier using Proteus.
Objective: Convert AC voltage to DC for powering electronic circuits.
Components: Step-down transformer, four diodes (1N4004), a capacitor filter, and load resistor.
Process:
AC input is stepped down through the transformer.
The four diodes are connected in a bridge configuration to rectify the AC signal.
A capacitor filter smooths the ripples, resulting in a more stable DC output.
Result: The oscilloscope shows the rectified DC waveform after filtering, which can be used to supply electronic devices.
