Using SQL, I analyzed average very active, fairly active, lightly active, and sedentary minutes for each user. The patterns were clear:

Most users spend a large portion of their day sedentary.

Very active minutes are surprisingly low compared to light activity.

These findings open the door to targeted workout plans and smarter health strategies — proving that data isn’t just numbers, it’s the key to better living.
