It is a web application that is used offline by the employees of a supplement store and monitored remotely by the admin. Unlike many POS and stock management apps, SSMT enabled to store items with expiry dates which is an important issue for items that might affect human lives, expiry dates are reviewed frequently supporting offers to keep items in the safe zone in term of validity. The app control all cache payments in addition to loans and unpaid invoices, payments also include expenses, admin withdrawal, free supports (for customers who are unable to pay their due amounts) and customer balances.

It’s styled with high responsive user-friendly interfaces with pure HTML, CSS and some JS plugins (chart.js, typeahead, x-editable, datatable, and some others).

App Components:

•The web server that process HTTP requests (locally)

•Python scripts represent the backend side and implemented with Django 2.2

•UIs that represents the front-end side controlled by native JS scripts

•Background service that pushes all changes within logs for remote monitoring.

It can be summarized to four main features:

1-stock management with handling expiry dates

2-payments management with debit and credit

3-delivery fees for sales invoices

4-support both local currencies (LBP, USD) in all financial values
