Saas Dashboard

I redesigned the internal operations dashboard for Agence Odessa, addressing major usability issues in their existing web app. The old dashboard was cluttered, confusing, and visually outdated, making it difficult for users to quickly find and filter crucial information. My goal was to create a modern, intuitive design that simplified navigation, improved data accessibility, and enhanced overall productivity.

The new design introduced a clean layout with clear hierarchies, intuitive tabs, and real-time interactive elements. Key sections such as project statuses, financials, and team performance were always accessible at a glance, supported by engaging charts, graphs, and progress bars.

Through research, wireframing, and prototyping in Figma, I tested layouts with the internal team and iterated based on feedback. The final solution delivered a streamlined experience that improved task tracking, offered deeper insights, and increased user satisfaction—ultimately helping teams work more efficiently and collaboratively.
