• Designed, developed, and deployed HAWARY.SHOP, a production-ready e-commerce platform built from the ground up with Python, Flask, and PostgreSQL. The platform delivers a seamless, multilingual shopping experience (English/Arabic, RTL supported) and a comprehensive admin dashboard for business management.

• Engineered a secure back-end with Python/Flask (RESTful API, Google OAuth, session management) and a responsive, mobile-first front-end with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Architected a PostgreSQL database handling complex relationships between products, clients, orders, and transactions.

• Integrated Paymob API for secure online payments with callbacks, verification, and refunds. Built a full order workflow (inventory, statuses, payments) plus shopping cart and promo code system.

• Developed a multilingual admin dashboard for product, client, and order management. Implemented reporting/analytics tools for sales insights and integrated Google Mail API for automated order emails and password resets.

• Optimized performance with server-side pagination, lazy loading, and WebP images. Enhanced SEO by auto-generating sitemap.xml and robots.txt. Applied caching for translations to ensure fast bilingual delivery.

• Implemented CSRF protection, strict validation, environment-based secrets, and enforced HTTPS/SSL for all external APIs.
