The project consisted of creating a new restaurant inside Grand Plaza Hotel Alexandria by demolishing a group of rooms and transforming the space into a restaurant, complemented by an adjacent buffet that directly serves it.
The main objective of the project was to enhance the efficiency of the hotel and elevate its elegance through the optimal use of space, along with a carefully designed lighting scheme that adds a unique and enchanting atmosphere.
Special attention was also given to circulation paths, ensuring smooth movement throughout the space, while maximizing the utilization of every available area.
