Our goal is to provide immediate technical support anytime, anywhere, using advanced technologies and human-centered design to create a seamless experience for both users and technicians.

1. Fully Equipped Mobile Service Unit

The REMS vehicle is equipped with professional-grade tools to handle common breakdowns such as flat tires, battery failures, oil issues, and mechanical malfunctions.

2. Robotic Arm Integration

A built-in robotic arm assists the technician in performing precise or repetitive repair tasks, increasing efficiency and accuracy during service.

3. Voice-Interactive Support System

Inside the vehicle, a voice-guided interactive system provides real-time instructions and troubleshooting assistance to the technician during the repair process.

4. Video/Chat Support

Users can contact technicians via live video or chat to explain the issue, allowing for quick diagnosis and remote assistance even before the unit arrives.

5. Smart Drone Deployment

A drone can be dispatched to your location to perform a quick inspection or deliver essential tools if you're capable of handling the issue yourself.

6. Scooter for Technician Access

In congested or narrow areas, technicians can use an electric scooter to reach the user faster and more efficiently.

7. Client-to-Client Assistance System

Through our platform, nearby users can help each other with minor issues and earn in-app coins, which can be redeemed for services or purchases from the REMS store.

8. Automated Post-Service Summary Video

After the repair is completed, the app generates a brief video summarizing the repair process and providing tips to avoid the same issue in the future.

9. Health Check for Technicians

Once the technician completes the job and sits in the driver’s seat, a built-in health check system automatically evaluates their vital signs and suggests rest if needed—ensuring safety and well-being.

10. In-Vehicle Rest Zone

The vehicle includes a dedicated rest area with a small café corner, allowing technicians to recharge and work comfortably during long shifts.
