Job Title: Company Restoration Specialist – UK Dissolved Companies
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Company Restoration Specialist to manage the administrative and legal processes involved in restoring dissolved UK companies. The role involves liaising with Companies House, HMRC, legal representatives, and clients to ensure timely and compliant restoration—either administratively or via court order.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end process for restoring dissolved UK companies, including administrative and court restoration procedures.
Prepare and submit all necessary documentation to Companies House, HMRC, and other relevant authorities.
Liaise with clients, legal professionals, and government bodies to ensure restoration requirements are met.
Ensure any outstanding accounts, confirmation statements, and penalties are addressed and filed.
Advise clients on the most appropriate restoration method based on their circumstances.
Track deadlines and manage multiple cases simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy.
Stay up-to-date with UK company law and restoration regulations under the Companies Act 2006.
Maintain accurate internal records and provide updates to clients throughout the restoration process.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of UK corporate compliance, Companies House processes, and the Companies Act 2006.
Prior experience in company secretarial, legal administration, or accountancy practice preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive legal and financial matters discreetly and professionally.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with UK company formations, dissolutions, or insolvency.
Familiarity with administrative vs. court restoration procedures.
