Designed and developed a quadcopter drone from concept to detailed mechanical design using SolidWorks. The project included 3D modeling of the drone frame, motor mounts, propeller clearance, battery and electronics housing, and full assembly. The design focused on lightweight structure, strength optimization, and ease of manufacturing, with validation through motion visualization and structural considerations.
