Scope of Work:

Manage the complete Design Process activities.

Identify and Manage Projects' Scope

Conduct project Studies.

Reviewing all architectural designs and drawings, and undertakes design

checks to ensure their compliance with the standards and the project

specifications as well as providing technical leadership to design team

Coordination with architectural Consultants in each project phase

Develop and Control schedules of design activities

Invite, Evaluate and Award Design Packages to international and local

consultants / Designers

Identify/ Procurement packages and report progress of procurement

plan.

Manage and Control Deliverables' Quality.

'erform quality assurance by Review & Coordinate design packages

Coftrol Quality of deliverables by performing scheduled check anc

cpnduct coordination meeting between Different consultants and Revise

BoO's and specifications to ensure compliance with the design drawings

Manage and Control modifications in design and construction.
