This data-driven carousel was created as part of Microwize’s 2025 brand refresh, visually translating key insights gathered from a webinar with 30+ healthcare providers. The design follows brand guidelines, incorporating the new gradient palette (#1b3a1c, #ffc831), clean layouts, and a balance of data and empathy to appeal to both billing managers and owner providers. Each slide isolates one pain point—from payment issues to denial rates—mapped to audience personas and structured for fast consumption using bold typography, subheaders, and ample negative space. The narrative moves from problem to solution, supporting Microwize’s RCM offering while elevating thought leadership. Designed in Illustrator and Photoshop, the carousel was optimized for both LinkedIn and Instagram, achieving a 26% higher engagement rate than previous posts and later repurposed into sales and conference assets. As the designer, I focused on turning the complex healthcare stats to feel clear, engaging, and totally on-brand for the refreshed look.
