API & Database Testing Project

Led functional, negative, and security testing for the Thinking Tester Contact List API, validating

authentication, CRUD operations, error handling, and overall response behavior.

● Designed and executed 28 API test cases and 18 UI test cases using Postman, Excel, and Trello,

ensuring accurate field validation (email, phone, required names) and full coverage of edge cases.

● Performed backend data verification using SQL queries to confirm data integrity after API requests,

covering authorized, unauthorized, valid, and invalid scenarios.

● Created full QA documentation including the Test Plan, RTM, Bug Report, and Test Summary

Report, and collaborated within a 2-member QA team using Trello for workflow and defect

lifecycle management.
