●Total Built-Up Area: Approx. 900 m² (depending on the final design)

Design Intent

This project envisions a highly sustainable, culturally rooted, and technologically advanced Emirati residence that:

Blends vernacular & modern architecture for an optimal lifestyle

Maximizes passive cooling and renewable energy to reduce the carbon footprint and produces more clean, renewable electric energy to maximize the project's benefits as an everlasting energy source.

Ensures flexibility & expandability to support family growth

Uses locally sourced, natural, and recyclable materials

Applies hybrid cooling (Earth-Air & Water Tunnel) for thermal comfort

Complies with Dubai Building Code & Competition Guidelines

Generates surplus renewable energy, ensuring long-term sustainability.

The project employs advanced hybrid cooling, water management systems, and renewable energy technologies, ensuring self-sufficiency in energy, water efficiency, and long-term adaptability. It follows the latest sustainability certifications, including Estidama & LEED standards.
