I'm excited to share my latest project Through my journy at NTI,

I built an interactive dashboard to explore insights from a survey conducted with data professionals across different roles, industries, and backgrounds.

Project Focus:

Analyzing demographics, career paths, and job satisfaction of data professionals.

Understanding how people break into data and what influences their career decisions.

Measuring happiness levels with salary, work-life balance, and learning opportunities.

Tools Used:

Microsoft Power BI (Data Cleaning, Transformation, and Dashboarding)

Excel for initial preprocessing

Average age of data professionals

Average satisfaction levels with salary and work-life balance

Salary trends by job title

Gender distribution and education levels across the industry

This project helped me strengthen my skills in data modeling, and storytelling with visuals.
