Project: The Integrated BATU University Website

I designed and developed the BATU University website from the ground up to serve as an integrated educational platform for students, faculty, and staff. My goal was to create a comprehensive digital portal that combines a Learning Management System (LMS), administrative tools, and the latest news and events, with a focus on delivering a dynamic and user-friendly experience.

I built this project using a Full-Stack approach. On the backend, I used PHP and MySQL to create a robust, database-driven system, enabling efficient data management for user information, courses, and results. For the frontend, I used HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, leveraging technologies like Flexbox and the Bootstrap framework to ensure a clean, responsive design that works seamlessly across all devices.

To meet the project's objectives, I implemented a comprehensive set of features:

Secure Authentication System: I built a robust authentication system to secure user accounts.

Integrated Learning Management System (LMS): I developed comprehensive tools to manage profiles, courses, assignments, results, and training modules, all linked to the database.

Administrative Dashboard: I created a centralized control panel giving me full authority to manage content and users.

Dynamic Content: I added sections to interactively display news, events, and academic programs.

Dedicated Portals: I designed special pages for faculty and staff, as well as a showcase section for outstanding student projects.

User Support: I created "Contact Us" and "FAQ" sections to streamline communication and provide support.

To ensure the project's success, I followed an Incremental Development methodology, building features step-by-step and solving problems systematically. I also used Git and GitHub for version control to effectively manage the project's codebase and track changes. The final result is a powerful, scalable, and data-driven educational platform designed to meet all the university's needs.
