Establishment and Installation of a Sandwich Panel Factory

Participated in the execution of a comprehensive project to establish and install a fully integrated Sandwich Panel production plant. The scope of work included supervision and execution of the following tasks:

Technical and Engineering Studies:

Defined the required production capacity and selected appropriate production lines.

Designed engineering layouts for the factory site and equipment distribution.

Supply and Installation of Production Lines:

Coordinated with suppliers for the procurement of production lines (including forming, foaming, cutting, and hot-pressing machines).

Supervised mechanical and electrical installation of the production equipment.

Installed control systems and automation (PLC & HMI) for production processes.

Infrastructure and Facility Preparation:

Executed civil works for the factory (foundations, flooring, insulation, ventilation).

Installed electrical power systems, industrial grounding, and lighting networks.

Set up compressed air and cooling systems according to production requirements.

Commissioning and Training:

Performed commissioning and testing of production lines to ensure product quality.

Trained local technical staff on operation and maintenance procedures.

Prepared operation manuals and maintenance documentation.

Maintenance and Technical Support:

Developed a preventive maintenance plan for equipment and production lines.
